Update Service


We are always interested in improving our products and work hard towards that. From time to time we offer product updates. We'll keep you informed if you occasionally check the update Servers in the Mainstores. That way you always have the newest, best Je t'aime products at no further cost!

Refunds


Since our products are not transferable (except our gift vendors) we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges without proof of transaction of multiple purchases.

Lost or destroyed items


No problem - we hold nearly all transactions data from Second life - slexchange and onrez.com. The first thing you should do is to use the one of our Update servers in the mainstores. If the server cannot help, please write us a notecard with following Information: The name of the product you bought
The date
the place where you bought
The transactions key
